With upcoming exams I’ve been so busy studying and I have so little time for other things – like writing long, nice articles. I am so sorry! In about two weeks my summer holiday starts and I promise to write a lot more then!
On to the article of today – my perfume stash! I love seeing what other people own. I don’t know where it comes from, maybe it is because I am a little nosy. But anyway. I thought it would be a fun idea to show you my perfume stash because I love smelling nice. I hope you’ll enjoy peeking in my stash as much as I do peeking in yours!
The first perfume is Etos evening kiss. This is a drugstore brand perfume and was about €10,-. The bottle contains 50 ml and I think it smells like vanilla, which I love. I bought this perfume because it made me think of a perfume Zara used to have when I was a lot younger. I was obsessed with that scent! The key fragrance notes in evening kiss are pink pepper, orange blossom and coffee. This scent doesn’t last as long as my other perfumes and I think that is a shame because this scent is delicious.
Next up is Bvlgari Omnia Paraiba, a very fruity smell which I bought recently. The bottle is very pretty. This is my first smell from Bvlgari and I absolutely love it. It is sweet bus has a fresh touch to it. When I bought this scent it was on sale for €32,-. The key fragrance notes in Omnia Paraiba are maracuja, passion flower, gardenia, cacao beans and vetiver extract. My bottle contains 40 ml.
Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium is their most sold fragrance. And I get why. This perfume is a bit heavier than my other scents, so I use it for nighttime events. The bottle contains 30 ml and costs €73,37,-. Can I just say how much I love this bottle with its black glitter and subtle pink logo? The key fragrance notes in Black Opium are coffee and vanilla.
Prada Candy is a scent I fell in love with while visiting the Prada-store at the Sicilia Outlet Village. The perfume was a gift from my boyfriend so I don’t exactly know how much it costs, but he bought it at the outlet, so I guess a little cheaper than usual. My bottle contains 30 ml and it’s almost finished. I will definitely buy this scent again as it has been my favourite for over a year now. It is perfect for both day and night. The key notes are powdery musk, vanilla, honey and caramel. Again vanilla. I guess what my favourite scent is?
Last but not least: Viktor & Rolf Bonbon. Since I got a sample of this scent I knew I had to have it. But Viktor & Rolf are not kidding with their prices – their scents are a bit expensive and they never have any sales. For a 30 ml bottle you pay €71,25! But they had me obsessed with Bonbon, so when I got a Douglas giftcard for my birthday, I immediately spent it on this perfume! The key notes are mandarin, orange, caramel, peach, jasmine and orange blossom.
While writing this article I discovered that almost all my perfumes contain either coffee, vanilla or caramel. Funny! I never thought about that before. What are your favourite perfumes? And do you have some tips for me for expanding my stash?
